Fee Schedule

 

Docketing Fee:  $250 (eff. 3/1/2025)

 

Per Diem: $1,800 for Arbitrations; $1,200 for Mediations. Fees will be charged based on the service initially requested and up to eight- hours for the day. Fees are prorated if the day (including travel) is less than 4 hours (4 hours or less will incur ½ day fee) or extends beyond 7 hours (hours over 7 will be charged @ $258.50 per hour for arbitration and $170 per hour for mediation).
